Getting followers in this method are useful or not. May be this consider some spam.

I want to make a page for my sites staples coupons and then likely will promote it.

To get into twitter is quite a leap of faith I found with my teachers. The only way is to stick with it for at least 3 weeks, following 10 worthwhile sources or a relevant hashtag. I always compare it to a birthday party: if people don't like your conversations in such a party, they will not like such tweets. And the likes are important. And every tweet will be indexed by Google, and kept as a blog entry, an article or... a link to your important information on the web where you point to.
